Line Operator - Canning & Bottling

We're looking for a hands-on, safety-conscious Line Operator to keep our canning and bottling lines running smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. If you've got an eye for detail, a knack for keeping things flowing, and a passion for doing the job right, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do:

• Operate canning and bottling line equipment in line with standard operating procedures.
• Perform start-up and shutdown checks to ensure equipment is ready or safely secured.
• Complete production floor quality assurance (QA) documentation with accuracy and care.
• Carry out changeovers for different product types and packaging formats with minimal downtime.
• Keep your workspace clean, organised, and in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot minor issues, and report faults promptly.
• Work closely with team members to hit production targets.
• Follow all Work Health & Safety (WHS) requirements and use PPE correctly.
• Suggest and support improvements in efficiency, quality, and safety.

What we're looking for:

Essential:

• Experience operating production or packaging equipment in manufacturing or FMCG.
• Ability to follow procedures and complete documentation accurately.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of basic WHS and food safety requirements.

Desirable:

• Experience in beverage, brewing, or distilling.
• Forklift licence and/or mechanical aptitude.

Shift Times:

Applicants must be available to work 6am - 10pm, Monday to Friday. Current roster is Tuesday - Friday 6am - 4pm however this subject to change depending on business requirements.
