Short DescriptionInfosys Australia is looking for a hands‑on HR‑Employee Relations specialist to join their business and be part of a fun, supportive and collaborative team. Reporting to the Corporate Employee Relations leaders and Australia & New Zealand HR Manager, this role is based in Melbourne, VIC. As part of a close‑knit HR team, you will be responsible for the employees across Australia & New Zealand and provide support across a range of HR activities while also having the opportunity to be involved in a variety of HR projects.
Years of ExperienceAt least 3+ years of Employee Relations experience (ER specialist or HR Generalist with strong Employee Relations exposure)
