About the role
Roadline Civil Contractors' is seeking an experienced and safety-conscious HR watercart driver to join our team in Broome, Western Australia. This is a casual role, providing the flexibility to balance work and personal commitments.
What you'll be doing
Operate and maintain HR watercart in accordance with safety regulations and company policies
Ensure the effective delivery of water to construction sites, adhering to schedules and responding to changing site requirements
Perform daily pre-operational checks and maintain detailed logs of vehicle usage and maintenance
Assist with the loading and unloading of the watercart, collaborating with other site personnel as needed
Report any mechanical issues or incidents to the fleet management team in a timely manner
Contribute to a positive, safety-focused work environment by proactively identifying and mitigating risks
What we're looking for
Possess a valid HR (Heavy Rigid) driver's license with a strong safety record
Demonstrated experience operating heavy vehicles, preferably in a civil construction or mining environment
Sound understanding of vehicle maintenance and the ability to follow inspection and servicing protocols
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
