What You'll Do As our HR Coordinator, you'll provide essential HR support across all operational areas, working closely with our CEO to deliver comprehensive people services:

Core Responsibilities

  • Industrial Relations Support - Apply Fair Work Act, Modern Awards and enterprise bargaining knowledge
  • Recruitment & Onboarding - Coordinate hiring processes and deliver engaging induction programs
  • Performance Management - Support performance review processes and improvement initiatives
  • Employee Relations - Provide trusted support for workplace matters and assist with conflict resolution
  • Training & Development - Coordinate learning programs and maintain training records
  • Policy & Compliance - Maintain HR documentation and ensure legislative compliance
  • HRIS & Analytics - Manage HR systems and generate workforce reports

What We're Looking ForMust Haves:
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Industrial Relations, Business or related field
  • Solid generalist HR experience with operational focus
  • Strong knowledge of Australian industrial relations and Fair Work Act
  • Experience with employee relations and workplace investigations
  • WHS management background
  • HRIS systems proficiency and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Highly Regarded:
  • Manufacturing, FMCG or agricultural industry experience
  • Professional HR certification (AHRI or equivalent)
  • Dairy industry knowledge
  • Project management experience
