High Reach Forklift Operators

Action Workforce is currently seeking experienced and confident High Reach Forklift Operators to join our clients fast-paced warehousing operation in Laverton North to work in a cold storage environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for stability, great team culture, and the potential for long-term employment

Location: Laverton North

Cold Storage Details: Up to a full shift working in freezer storage approx. -30 degrees. You will be allocated a 10-minute break each hour

Available Shifts: 

Day Shift: 4am - 3pm

Afternoon Shifts: 12pm - 8pm3pm - 11pm 

Type: Casual Ongoing

Bonus: Additional rate available if you attend all rostered shifts

About the Role:

-Operating high reach forklifts

-Loading and unloading trucks and containers

-Putaways, replenishment and pallet movements

-Manual handling and general warehouse duties as required

-Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

- Reliable and consistent hours

To be successful, you will need:

-A minimum of 1 year experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment

-Valid LF forklift licence

-Strong confidence and capability on the forklift

-Proven safety awareness and attention to detail

-A positive attitude and team player mentality

-Reliable transport to and from Laverton North

-Full working rights in Australia

-Willingness to work in cold storage - freezer - environment
