Curis Recruitment is excited to partner with this fantastic Aged Care provider in Perth to help them find a General Manager to join their team.
The Opportunity
As the General Manager you will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for leading residential aged care and community care operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services across multiple sites.
You will provide strategic and operational leadership across clinical governance, workforce management, compliance, service delivery and financial performance. Working closely with the Executive Team, you will help drive innovation, continuous improvement and a strong culture of care and accountability.

Your Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee residential aged care and home care services
- Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care
- Manage and support multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites
- Drive compliance with aged care standards and regulatory requirements
- Oversee budgets, operational performance and workforce planning
- Build strong relationships with residents, families and stakeholders
- Contribute to strategic planning and organisational growth
- Foster a positive, collaborative and values-based workplace culture
What you will bring to this role- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration desirable
- Minimum 5 years’ senior leadership experience within aged care
- Strong understanding of aged care legislation, accreditation and governance
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams
- Commercially minded with strong financial management capability
- Passionate about delivering exceptional care outcomes
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in nursing, health management or related discipline
