ICT Business Analyst. Horizon Digital Pty Ltd | Perth, WA |Full-time (38 hours per week) - $80,000 – $90,000 + superannuation Are you the person who can bridge business problems and technical solutions? We’re Horizon Digital, a Perth-based software and AI company on a mission to simplify technology for businesses of all sizes. From startups to state government, we build custom digital solutions that help our clients automate, grow, and get things done. As our ICT Business Analyst, you’ll be the connective tissue between our clients, our delivery teams, and the technical solutions we build. You’ll gather requirements, shape user stories, coordinate delivery and make sure what we’re building actually solves the right problem. This isn’t a documentation-only role. You’ll be embedded in the work, moving quickly, and making real decisions alongside the team. What You'll Be Doing * Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyse business and system requirements * Translating business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and delivery plans * Leading and coordinating software project delivery across cross-functional teams * Working closely with developers, designers, and product stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives * Analysing and improving existing processes, systems, and workflows * Supporting solution design by contributing to system architecture and integration discussions * Facilitating workshops, stand-ups, and delivery meetings * Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and ensuring timely delivery * Supporting testing activities including UAT and validation * Preparing and maintaining clear documentation including requirements, process flows, and system specifications * Providing guidance and support to junior team members where required What You'll Bring * 2–3 years’ experience in Business Analysis, Software Delivery, or similar ICT roles * Bachelor’s degree in ICT or a related field * Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills * Ability to translate business requirements into technical outcomes * Hands-on experience with tools like ClickUp, ChatGPT, or Claude * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities * Comfortable working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced delivery environment Why Horizon Digital? * Work on genuinely complex, cutting-edge software and AI projects * A tight-knit, high-performing team that moves fast and backs each other * Real ownership and accountability — your work directly shapes customer outcomes and company growth * Ready to bridge the gap between business and technology?
