We are currently seeking experienced Front End Loader Operators to work across all shifts within the recycling industry. A global leader in the packaging and recycling sector, they have been in business for over 70 years with over 100 sites across Australia. They supply global companies across the world with their products and productions we all touch every day.

Flexibility across day, afternoon and night shift rotating roster is required to ensure site coverage. This role is varied, and you will be required to support all areas of the recycling operation where required.

Your main duties will include but not be limited to:

• Sorting through recycled waste on a fast paced conveyor line
• Loading hoppers/converor belts with recycled materials using a front end loader
• Ensure recyclables are sorted based on texture.
• General clean up of the recycling plant

To be successful in this role you will have the following attributes and experience:

• Front End Loader Licence and experience
• Forklift (LF) licence
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Have great attention to detail
• Comfortable handling recyclables/rubbish
• Sorting experience preferably in waste management
• Great attitude and work ethic
