Position Summary:Become a member our team as a Fabrication Team Leader, supervising staff and helping manufacture stainless steel filtration pipes. You will be working alongside the production team as well as completing computer-based tasks as listed below. Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of 10 - 15 staff to manufacture filtration pipes and water treatment systems
• Coordinate work for the 2nd and 3rd shifts
• Mentor apprentices

  Requirements:

• Possess a Boilermaker Trade Qualification
• Experience in Stainless Steel
• Ability to read and interpret complex drawings
• Experience with Presses/Formers & Rollers
• Experience with Mechanical Fitting/Assembly
• Exposure to 5S & Lean Manufacturing
• Proficient in the Microsoft Suite (Word & Excel)
• Experience with SAP
• Own Transport and PPE
• Ability to pass D&A testing

   What's on Offer:

• $60-$70 per hour (depending on experience) plus penalty rates for Overtime
• An ongoing, casual to permanent role; long-term position offered after 4 months
