WAREHOUSE 2IC / CREW LEADER WANTEDCasual (25 - 50 hrs/week) | Based on the Gold Coast | Immediate Start

We're looking for a weapon to back up our Warehouse Manager and lead the charge both in the warehouse and onsite at events. This role is part logistics beast, part install boss, and 100% crucial to our chaos.

If you're organised but not uptight, hands-on, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, please read on! Please note for this role that previous experience in events/warehouse/onsite/theming (or a combination of these) is a MUST!

As our Warehouse 2IC, you'll be the go-to when our Warehouse Manager's out, and the steady second-in-command when they're in. You'll also step out on-site as a Crew Leader, to assist our project managers on event setups with casual crew and repping our brand like a pro.

In the warehouse:

• Assisting with prep, loading/unloading and gear maintenance

• Overseeing casual warehouse crew and day-to-day tasks

• Helping maintain systems, gear tracking and general warehouse order

• Acting as the point of contact when the Warehouse Manager is off-site

Onsite:

• Leading installs & packdowns alongside our project managers across a range of event types

• Driving trucks, managing casual crew, liaising with clients and site contacts

• Making sure the job gets done efficiently, safely, and with style

• Forklift ticket

• HR truck licence (or at least full license and willingness to upgrade)

• EWP ticket

• Manual handling smarts and solid physical fitness

• Confidence leading a team and managing moving parts

• A “let's get it done” attitude and calm energy under pressure
