• Operate a variety of roll forming production machines in a safe and efficient manner.
• Understand and follow Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor production processes and adjust machine settings as required.
• Record accurate production and quality control data.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production targets.
• Conduct routine maintenance and perform basic safety checks.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work within set processes.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
