Ozcare has casual opportunities available for In Home Support Workers supporting our clients across the Bundaberg region.

Your Role

As an In Home Support Worker youll be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our clients. Your tasks will include: 

• Providing the very best care and support to clients in line with their personalised care plans
• Undertake domestic duties which includes cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
• Provide support duties such as shopping, transport etc
• Working as part of the care team, using a holistic approach, to look at every aspect of our residents care

Role Requirements

• Proof of immunity, or willingness to become vaccinated against, Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Varicella (Chicken Pox) & Pertussis (Whooping Cough).
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• Current Police Screening Certificate
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
• Current Queensland drivers licence
• A reliable roadworthy vehicle, with current registration and comprehensive insurance
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Good computer & mobile device skills
