We are seeking an experienced Storeperson / Forklift Driver with a current forklift licence to join our Warehouse team at Brisbane Airport. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment supporting airline catering operations, and the forklift licence is essential for this role.

About the Role

As a Storeperson / Forklift Driver, your forklift skills will be central to your daily work. You will safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, store, and dispatch stock. You will also work in our Freezer and Chiller areas and maintain accurate inventory records. This position involves rotational AM shifts across 7 days, including weekends, with enhanced weekend pay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, store, and retrieve stock.
  • Receive, unpack, inspect, and label incoming inventory to ensure quality and freshness.
  • Apply FIFO procedures in freezer, cold room, and dry goods areas.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse locations.
  • Conduct inventory counts and complete count sheets accurately.
  • Retrieve and prepare stock as requested via SIPs system.
  • Assist with general warehouse operations to support smooth workflow.
About You
  • Mandatory: Current forklift licence — your ability to operate forklifts is essential.
  • Previous warehouse experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Reliable, motivated, and a team player with a positive "can-do" attitude.
  • Ability to work across a rotational 7-day roster, including AM shifts and weekends.
  • Driver's licence.
  • Full and unrestricted working rights in Australia.
