E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager

Were looking for a clever, creative and data-savvy E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to join the Tonik team as we enter a major growth phase. If you live and breathe digital marketing, obsess over customer journeys, and know how to turn great content into real revenue, we want to hear from you.

Youll work closely with the founder and content team to lead our digital performance across platforms, think website, ads, email flows, social, and influencer campaigns. Youll be responsible for shaping Toniks online strategy, optimising the customer experience, and using every digital touchpoint to drive growth.

This is a hands-on role for someone whos as comfortable digging into data and CRO as they are dreaming up creative that converts. We offer a bonus structure based on KPIs, because we believe great performance deserves to be rewarded.

The Role:

  • Own the digital growth strategy across ecommerce and marketing platforms.

  • Optimise our Shopify store for conversion, engagement, and seamless UX.

  • Collaborate with the founder and content team to create high-converting content and campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Meta and Google.

  • Build and manage paid social and performance ads that convert.

  • Develop and implement Klaviyo email/SMS flows and list segmentation strategies (B2C + B2B).

  • Analyse key metrics and deliver regular performance reports with insights and ideas to scale.

  • Oversee influencer collaborations, UGC partnerships, and ambassador campaigns.

  • Strategise & Direct the content team on social media content (Reels, TikToks, static, stories) and graphic assets using Canva.

  • Support founder-led content and personal brand strategy across channels.

Your experience:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, ideally in wellness, beauty, or lifestyle.

  • Deep understanding of performance marketing, funnels, CRO, and customer retention strategies.

  • Strong grasp of social media trends, platform algorithms, and content that moves the needle.

  • Skilled in Canva (Photoshop a plus), Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads.

  • Able to interpret data and adapt quickly for growth opportunities.

  • Great communicator, strategic thinker, self-starter.

  • Bonus if youve scaled an ecommerce business or startup from the ground up.
