About the RoleDue to strong business growth, were looking for an experienced CNC Laser Programmer to join our team at our modern Molendinar facility. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision manufacturing.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a CNC Laser Programmer, your duties will include:

• Programming and nesting for Trumpf Fiber & CO₂ flatbed lasers, CNC punch, press brakes, and tube lasers

• Creating cut files from client-supplied drawings

• Daily use of Boost software for programming and nesting

• Order entry into the ERP system

• Providing technical support to our estimating team

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and collaborative work environment

What Were Looking ForTo be successful in this role, youll bring:

• A methodical, quality-driven approach to work

• Strong computer skills and experience with Boost or similar CNC programming software

• Solid understanding of various metal types and part component drawings

• Strong attention to detail and a focus on efficiency

• Ability to optimize plate usage through effective nesting

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC Programmer

• A sound knowledge of metal manufacturing processes
