The role:

Were looking for a proactive Partnerships Coordinator to work with marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to build and manage relationships with influencers and industry professionals, including vets, groomers, breeders, and trainers. Youll source new partners, nurture connections, and helping grow our brand.

Responsibilities:

• Source, approach, and secure partnerships with social media influencers, industry professionals, and other brand advocates.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships, ensuring partners feel valued, supported, and aligned with our brand.
• Prepare and share partnership briefs and campaign details, clearly outlining requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Follow up to ensure activities are completed on time and to brand standards.
• Keep accurate records of partner details, agreements, and campaign performance.
• Collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to align partnerships with broader business objectives.
• Stay across social trends, platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook), and opportunities to engage new audiences.

What youll need:

• 5+ years experience in sales, account management, partnerships, or a similar relationship-focused role.
• Experience within the pet industry (vet nurse, breeder, groomer, trainer, etc.) or influencer/partnership management is highly regarded.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - confident and approachable with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Highly organised with exceptional follow-up skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
