We are currently looking for Community Support Workers who want to play an active role in supporting people with disabilities live their best lives. We want to hear from you if: You are ethical, self-motivated and committed to making a difference for people with a disability You love to empower clients with choice and control You have exceptional customer service and advocacy skills You are professional, dedicated and always display a person centred approach You have flexibility to work a rotating roster including sleep over shifts and weekend shifts You have valid Australian work rights including citizenship, permanent residency, or appropriate work visa Applicants are expected to undergo a physical capacity assessment and drug and alcohol test prior to employment. Applicants must also have a positive notices card (Working with Children Blue Card) and an NDIS Worker Screening Card (Yellow Card), or be willing to obtain prior to employment.
