At Gracehaven Aged Care, we are seeking a warm, organised, and motivated Lifestyle Therapy Team Leader to lead engaging lifestyle programs that support residents to live fulfilling and connected lives within our aged care community.
About the RoleIn this rewarding role, you will lead and support the Lifestyle Therapy team to deliver meaningful activities that promote wellbeing, independence, and social connection for residents.
You will work closely with residents, families, volunteers, and the wider care team to create a welcoming environment where residents feel valued, included, and encouraged to participate in activities that reflect their interests and preferences.
