The OpportunityWe are inviting expressions of interest from dedicated General Practitioners to join our growing team, providing on‑site medical care to residents within Residential Aged Care Homes across Hobart and surrounding regions.
This role offers a rewarding opportunity to practise relationship‑based medicine within a structured and well‑supported model of care. As a GP with Access Aged Care, you will work as part of a coordinated multidisciplinary team — including experienced nurses, telehealth geriatricians, physicians, and administrative staff — delivering comprehensive, patient‑centred care within the Aged Care setting.
Our model is designed to reduce administrative burden and provide clear clinical frameworks and escalation pathways, enabling you to focus on clinical care and meaningful patient engagement.
