Backed by industry experts and purpose-built facilities, they bring precision, innovation, and efficiency to every project.   The Role As Precast Concrete Design Manager, you will take ownership of design from tender through to construction, ensuring projects are compliant, practical, and delivered to the highest quality. You'll lead the design process, manage key stakeholders, and provide technical expertise to optimise outcomes.   Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate precast design from tender to delivery
• Review and approve shop drawings, lifting/rigging plans, and sequencing
• Ensure compliance with Australian Standards and NCC requirements
• Provide technical leadership on detailing, reinforcement, and constructability
• Support manufacturing and site teams with drawings, variations, and design queries

About You

• Strong experience in precast design/engineering management
• In-depth knowledge of Australian Standards and NCC
• Proven ability to manage design teams and client relationships
• Skilled in identifying and resolving constructability issues
• BIM knowledge (CAD desirable but not essential)
