About the Role: Provide integral support to customers and partners as homes and businesses are repaired after an event or disaster. Manage end-to-end claim handling and coordinate emergency make safe activities to ensure properties are secured, risks are mitigated, and repairs progress in line with KPIs, regulatory requirements and partner service levels. Liaise with property owners, insurers, loss adjusters, trade contractors, specialist consultants and internal teams throughout the claim lifecycle to ensure safe, timely and high-quality outcomes.
What You'll Do: - Receive and triage new job allocations, assessing urgency and coordinating make safe repairs with stakeholders and trades.
- Manage a portfolio of construction insurance claims end-to-end, ensuring KPI and service-level compliance.
- Handle customer and partner enquiries via phone, email and system updates with empathy, including support for vulnerable customers.
- Coordinate site assessments, trade bookings and external provider engagement to keep projects on schedule.
- Review scopes of work, estimate costs, raise purchase orders, and check trade reports for accuracy before submission.
- Monitor trade costs, manage variations, and process invoices to insurers within delegated authority.
- Proactively progress claims, maintain accurate records, and provide customers with regular updates on status and timelines.
- Resolve disputes and complaints in line with company frameworks, ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Support cross-team collaboration, continuous improvement initiatives, and adapt flexibly to surge events.
- Follow all health, safety and compliance requirements; report incidents promptly and contribute to workplace improvements.

Essential Skills and Attributes: - Previous experience in a customer service role or similar would be beneficial
- Experience working in construction or insurance industry preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)Positive and pro-active attitude
- Strong work ethic and highly motivated
