G.James is Australia's leading integrated Glass and Aluminium manufacturer and contractor. Our privately owned, family company employs 2000 people with operations located throughout Australia. Our Gold Coast operations have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Glazier to join their skilled and close-knit team to service Gold Coast and Surrounding areas. 

The Role

• All aspects of commercial and residential glass & aluminium products
• Installation of all types of external screens; fly / security / crimsafe, flashings, trims and detailing
• Ability to complete thorough calculations and comprehensive measurements
• Deliver a high level of customer service in a professional manner.
• Provide outstanding communication
• Offer support to the projects team
• Aluminium cutting, processing, fabrication and glazing as required from a site and installation perspective

The ApplicantTo be successful in this role, you will have:

• Trade qualification (preferred) and industry white card (essential)
• Previous industry experience 
• A current driver's license - Company supplied vehicle
• Outstanding communication; both verbal and written
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Knowledge and experience of all aspects of glazing
• Excellent interpretation of paperwork
