The RoleAs a Client Advisor you will be responsible for managing client referrals, making initial contact, conducting initial assessments, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Your ability to provide exceptional service and build relationships with key stakeholders will be crucial to ensuring positive client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct needs assessments and assist with reviews of existing clients.
• Manage client intakes and referrals efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with Managers and Coordinators to facilitate client onboarding and ensure all required documentation is completed.
• Provide timely responses to client and family inquiries.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation as part of the onboarding process.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

About You

• Proven experience in client intake, customer service, or a similar role within aged care, allied health, or a related field.
• Strong technological proficiency with the ability to navigate databases and manage client records.
• Excellent networking and collaboration skills with the ability to engage with a range of professionals and referral agencies.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a supportive team environment.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to client engagement, ensuring services align with individual needs.
• This is a permanent full time role 76 hours per fortnight based onsite at our Upper Mount Gravatt head office.
• Ability to work rotating weekends

Qualifications & Requirements

• Relevant qualification in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience in a similar role
• Current National Police Certificate clearance (or willingness to obtain and renew every 3 years).
