The Role

The Boarding House Supervisors provide quality pastoral care and support as well as appropriate supervision in the general routine of boarding students. As members of the Boarding staff team, the Boarding House Supervisors play an important role in creating a positive, supportive and open culture which encourages full participation in the academic and extra-curricular programs within the School and the Boarding community.

The role has a strong pastoral care focus as the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the boarders in an assigned year level with their day to day needs whilst they are residing away from home. You will also play an important role with supporting the academic needs of the boarders to encourage success with their studies.

  • A strong work ethic to commit to a range of shifts across 7 days per week during school term time
  • The ability to ensure relevant boarding rules and procedures are consistently maintained
  • Study in education, health science or similar would be highly regarded but is not essential
