Tradetech Services Aust (TSA) is seeking an experienced BIM Modeller and Design Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic team on our Civil projects. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in the delivery of complex Civil (CSR) construction projects.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for project designs

• Coordinate the design process, ensuring effective collaboration between multidisciplinary teams

• Review and validate design documents, drawings and models to ensure compliance with standards

• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality

• Contribute to the development of design tools, templates and workflows

• Assist with the preparation of client deliverables and project reporting

What we're looking for:

• Extensive experience in 3D BIM modelling and coordination, preferably in a services environment

• Strong understanding of design processes, standards and regulatory requirements

• Proficient in the use of BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively liaise with multidisciplinary teams

• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

A suitable candidate will have demonstrated experience working on large Civil projects and liaise with clients and sub-contractors.
