About the RoleFlinders University is seeking two Associate Lecturers in Psychology (Teaching Specialist) to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of psychology education and strengthening Australia's mental health workforce. These are high-impact, teaching-focused positions where you will inspire the next generation of psychology professionals through innovative curriculum design and engaging learning experiences across undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

Each position offers a unique focus and opportunity to make a difference:

  • Support the University Placement Allocation Committee (UPAC) through logistics and administration for postgraduate psychology placements.
  • Contribute to postgraduate psychology curriculum, including work-integrated learning, simulated learning, and teaching of psychological competencies.
