Restaurant Brands Australia is looking for a motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee the team at our KFC store in Muswellbrook NSW!
About The Role
Assistant Restaurant Managers assist our GM's from managing profits and losses, training, and inspiring team members to be the best they can be, to doing those little things that make shifts fun. Some of the key responsibilities of Assistant Managers include:
Managing the restaurant in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures including coaching and supporting the activities of employees in maximising sales, operating efficiency and profit.
Assuming responsibility for the correct implementation of the Workplace Health and Safety program for employees, customers, contractors and other visitors on company property.
Provide all employees with the appropriate training and resources to perform their duties safely.
Recruitment of team members.
Forecast and schedule management and team member labour within budget.
Implementing restaurant training programs for Shift Supervisors and Team Members, to enable them to maximise performance and realise their career potential.
Monitoring performance and implement performance management where required.
Promoting a positive culture in restaurant and act as a role model.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in the retail or service industry.
Full Australian driver's license and own vehicle.
High school education with tertiary qualification preferred.
Proven track record working with KPIs, meeting and exceeding them.
Ability to motivate & engage employees to deliver quality service.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
