\n About the Role\n
As the Head of Children, Families and Youth, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight across the Children, Families and Youth service portfolios, ensuring high quality, sustainable, and client focused outcomes.
\nThis role represents a shift from operational service management to system leadership, with responsibility for driving performance, service innovation, workforce capability, financial sustainability, and effective governance across the portfolio.
\nReporting to the General Manager, you will work closely with internal teams, government, and community partners to drive collaboration, strengthen service systems and translate strategy into meaningful outcomes.
\nThis is a full-time, permanent opportunity based at our Wodonga office. This newly created role offers a competitive salary package of $170,000 – $180,000, inclusive of fully maintained company vehicle and superannuation.
\nThis role can be based in either Wodonga or Wangaratta, however travel will be required between both sites and to our Shepparton office.
