Rate Guidance
  • Azooa recommended maximum rate: $153.95/hour including super
  • Azooa recommended value-for-money target: Below $153.95/hour including super

Azooa recommends candidates bid below $153.95/hour including super where possible, as this would support a stronger value-for-money position and improve the chance of winning.

Rate competitiveness generally works as follows:
  • Below $153.95/hour including super: strongest value-for-money position and higher chance of winning
  • At $153.95/hour including super: aligned to Azooa’s recommended maximum and may still be competitive
  • Above $153.95/hour including super: less competitive unless specialist Defence ICT, LS Core 2.0, PLSS, secure network operations, NV1 or onsite Puckapunyal experience strongly justifies the rate

Higher rates may still be considered where niche Defence ICT, LS Core 2.0, PLSS, secure network operations, NV1 clearance or strong onsite availability outweighs rate competitiveness.

Please provide your expected hourly or daily rate including super, or plus GST depending on your contracting structure.
