\nWe're looking for a passionate and relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our collaborative team in a permanent full-time position, supporting the recruitment of graduate and experienced veterinarians across our General Practice network in Queensland.
\nThis is a unique opportunity to combine relationship building, strategic recruitment and industry knowledge in a role where you'll directly influence the success of our clinics and the careers of veterinary professionals.

About the Role\nReporting to the General Manager Talent Acquisition, you'll partner closely with operational leaders and clinic teams to deliver tailored recruitment solutions that support both immediate hiring needs and long-term workforce planning.
\nThis is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where no two days are the same. You'll proactively source and engage veterinary talent, build lasting relationships across the profession, visiting our clinics, attend industry events and conferences, university partners, and provide expert guidance to hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process.
\nYou’ll play a key role in ensuring every candidate has an outstanding experience while helping our clinics attract and retain exceptional veterinary professionals.
