We are assisting them in finding their next outstanding Clinical Care Coordinator to join their dedicated team. The Position:

Clinical Care Coordinator
Salary package of approximately $110,000–$120,000 + super (dependent on experience)

This role is ideal for an experienced aged care clinician who enjoys leading clinical excellence within a supportive and collaborative environment. You will oversee clinical care delivery, provide leadership and mentorship to the nursing and care teams, ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, support AN-ACC processes, coordinate clinical governance activities, and work closely with management to deliver exceptional, person-centred care to residents. To be eligible for this position you must have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent)
Minimum 3–5 years' experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably within residential aged care
Previous experience in a senior clinical role such as Senior RN, Clinical Lead, Acting Clinical Care Coordinator or similar
Demonstrated knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC and clinical governance
Strong leadership, mentoring and communication skills
Experience with care planning, audits, quality improvement and compliance
Current Driver's Licence
Current National Police Check
Ability to obtain all required pre-employment checks
