We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to oversee testing processes and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions in the public sector. This initiative involves introducing new iPhones and a vendor‑developed application, requiring rigorous testing across technology teams, external agencies, vendors, and operational users prior to implementation.

• Manage and coordinate end‑to‑end testing activities, including user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with AV technology teams, vendors, and other agencies to ensure seamless integration.
• Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

• Prior experience in Emergency services (highly desirable).
• Strong background in Microsoft DevOps.
• Significant experience as a Test Manager, leading teams to deliver outcomes across defined work streams.
• Skilled in managing staff and ensuring quality deliverables.
• Experience with ERP solutions (strongly desirable).
• Commercially astute with excellent communication, negotiation, and decision‑making skills.
