We have an exciting opportunity to join our Melbourne team as Leader, Crew Culture, leading our award-winning Cabin Crew—named Best Cabin Crew for seven consecutive years. As Leader Crew Culture, your primary responsibility is to lead, support, coach, and develop a team of customer service professionals that operate onboard our aircrafts.
Your leadership will be key to fostering a collaborative, empowered, and high-performing team that makes every guest’s journey unforgettable.
Reporting to the Crew Culture Manager, you will be responsible for driving team and operational performance in line with Virgin Australia’s values, policies, and KPIs. You will also play a key role in supporting the health and wellbeing of our crew, taking a proactive approach to their needs and development.
