The Role\nJoin us as Head of Bars & Nightlife and define the future of nightlife strategy, cocktail culture and late-night experiences at Crown Melbourne. Reporting to the Executive General Manager - Food & Beverage, you will lead the performance, growth and strategic direction of Crown Melbourne's bars and nightlife portfolio. This influential leadership role is responsible for shaping Crown's nightlife identity across a collection of premium bars, cocktail lounges and late-night venues. From world‑class beverage programs and VIP experiences to entertainment and venue activations, you will create memorable experiences that strengthen Crown Melbourne's position as a leading nightlife destination.
In this role, you will:\nYou are an accomplished hospitality executive with extensive experience leading premium bars, nightlife venues, entertainment destinations or luxury hospitality operations. Passionate about beverage culture, entertainment and emerging nightlife trends, you are commercially astute, strategically focused and have a proven track record of building successful hospitality brands, developing talented teams and delivering strong business outcomes.
