You will actively listen and provide a great customer experience through text and phone-based communication, providing a solution for people who are deaf or have a hearing or speech difficulties...

Key Role Details:

• Start date 15th July 2024
• $24.87 + penalty and superannuation
• Permanent, Full Time & Part Time onsite opportunities
• Operating hours Ballarat Delivery Centre: 7am to 11pm
• 2 weeks full time paid training

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a solution for people who are deaf or have a hearing or speech difficulties.
• Responsible for frontline customer service accessible to all users by methods such as telephone, TTY, email, fax and SMS and any other means available.
• Ability to deal with highly confidential information, including sensitive situations.
• The ability to engage and build rapport with customers/clients over a wide-ranging demographic.

Who are you?

• Have full working rights in Australia and be at least 18 years of age
• Have the ability to complete background and police checks.

• Excellent communicator with a strong command of the English language both verbal and written
