This is an exciting 12-month contract entry level opportunity, which will see you play a key role in delivering an exceptional talent acquisition service for one of Australia’s most iconic brands. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be the point of reference for our team and our candidates and you will enjoy working in a collaborative environment, that fosters innovation, community, and teamwork. You will be based in Melbourne or Sydney and will work flexibly between our CBD offices and home. You will have access to the latest technologies, tools and Korn Ferry IP ensuring that you are well equipped to deliver the best outcomes for your clients and colleagues.
As a key member of this best-in-class function, you will provide administrative support to multiple Talent Acquisition Specialists. You will be responsible for critical tasks such as the scheduling of interviews, monitoring background checks, delivering an exceptional candidate experience and liaising with multiple internal stakeholders.

What you will bring
Your previous administration or customer service experience, preferably in recruitment or HR, a strong aptitude for learning new skills and proficiency in leveraging technology; including Microsoft Office tools will set you up for success. Exposure to recruitment or HR systems will be highly advantageous but not necessary. Your professionalism and ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders will be vital to your success, as will an enthusiastic, initiative-taking and detail-focused approach to your work. You will also have strong time management, communication skills and be able to manage competing priorities effectively.
