Your role at St John of God Health Care You will be responsible for all centralised reporting, configuration management, service transition activities across all environments (production & non-production) hosting DI&T services. You will work collaboratively across both internal D&T project and operations teams to ensure releases are delivered on schedule with minimal disruption to services. Including but not limited to, Service Management System administration and reporting The Position
  • Accountable for reporting outcomes as ITSM processes are built or modified
  • Preparing and presenting operational reporting at monthly meetings
  • Site SLAs and Reporting (including driving enhancements)
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports to all levels from technical staff to executives
  • Responsible for performing IT Service Management (ITSM) metrics collection, analysis, and reporting in support of enterprise wide Continual Service Improvement (CSI) activities.
  • Support the Service Delivery team with trend analysis, analysing service performance metrics; and Service Level Agreement (SLA), Service Level Objective (SLO), Operational Level Agreement (OLA), monitoring and reporting.
  • Building and developing the Service Catalogue and CMDB from the ground up using a costed model, working with key stakeholders across the business and service managers to develop business services within the CMDB, including the reporting of all CI exceptions and data discrepancies.
  • Full review the configuration management lifecycle to ensure effective processes are embedded into BAU activities.
  • Assist in forming strategies to optimize IT Configuration & Change /Release Management across accounts
  • Ensure CMDB accuracy and effective CI record management
  • Define and maintain the overall strategy and process for transition. The strategy includes policies, roles, responsibilities, standards, deliverables, frameworks and success criteria (includes master checklist).
  • System ownership of the ITSM toolset
  • Manage and maintain timely and accurate toolset administration documentation including user guides, software configuration, problem and resolution knowledge bases and other functional documentation.
You will have the ability to troubleshoot problems, think critically and come up with solutions to a wide array of technological service issues as they arise, along with knowledge of technical support industry standards and practices. To succeed you will have 5+ years’ experience in ITSM / Service Delivery within a complex operating environment as well as sound knowledgeable of Microsoft business applications and operating systems. It is highly regarded if you have health care industry knowledge and experience. Above all, people will be at the core of everything you do committing to and supporting our Mission and Values.   • Salary $115,405 to 128,198 plus 11% Superannuation
  • Permanent full time position working 76 hours a fortnight
  • Located at our Melbourne or Perth office with 40% work from home option
