About the Role:
Provide exceptional support to clients with diverse needs.
Utilise your experience in managing behaviours to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
Assist clients in accessing community activities and promoting independence.

Maintain professional boundaries and demonstrate strong self-awareness in all interactions.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role.
Experience in managing challenging behaviours.
Currently studying or have completed study a relevant field.
Strong ability to maintain professional boundaries and self-awareness.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly.
