About The Role:

Youll be the first point of contact for IT support within the organisation, helping staff resolve system and software issues. Whether over the phone, via email, or in person, youll troubleshoot problems, escalate tickets, and make sure our people stay connected and productive.

Essential Criteria:

  • 2-3 years experience in customer service delivery, with Level 2 IT support (onsite and remote).
  • Proficient in ITIL-based ticketing systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure AD, and network troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting virtual desktop environments.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving with a systematic approach.
  • Familiarity with MDM systems like Intune is desirable.
  • Excellent verbal communication and professional phone etiquette.
  • Organised, motivated, and committed to professional development.

Qualifications & Compliance:

  • Certificate III in IT or related field (minimum); Diploma in IT Networking highly regarded.
  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Willing to undergo and maintain relevant worker screening checks and hold a Positive Notice Card.
  • Valid drivers licence.

Bonus points if you have:

  • CompTIA or ITIL certifications.
  • CCNA, MCSA.
  • Experience supporting remote users and virtual desktops.
