About The Role:

As a Commercial Business Partner - Community Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in supporting financial operations, providing insightful analysis, and driving strategic decision-making across our Community Solutions division.

What youll be doing:

• Partnering with Executives and Senior Leaders to deliver financial insights that inform strategic and operational decisions
• Leading financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities
• Developing and presenting reports, dashboards and commentary to drive divisional performance
• Building strong relationships with business leaders and providing coaching to uplift financial and commercial acumen
• Supporting business cases through financial modelling and scenario analysis
• Identifying risks and opportunities to optimise performance and profitability
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and governance standards

What youll bring:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
• CPA or CA qualification (essential)
• Minimum 5 years experience in a Commercial or Finance Business Partner role
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial systems such as Dynamics 365
• Ability to influence, educate and build trusted partnerships at all levels
• Experience within a similar organisation (desirable)
