Job Summary:

Domaine Homes are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operation Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our building and construction business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing processes, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficiency in project management software

  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions

  • Knowledge of property management principles

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the property and housing business

  • Oversee staff performance, training, and development

  • Develop strategies to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency

  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance

  • Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies

  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in business administration or related field

- Proven experience in operation management within the property industry

- Strong understanding of property management principles

-Familiarity with project management software such as Asana or Trello
