About the Role We are seeking for Machine Operators (Off-coil) to join a leading manufacturing facility located in St Marys. This is a full-time ongoing role with immediate start and opportunities for long-term, stable employment.

The facility produces high-quality steel reinforcement products for the residential, commercial, mining, and industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate off coil rebar machinery, benders, shearers and bench machines
  • Maintain high levels of production and meet delivery deadlines
  • Ensure correct bundling and tagging of material per company SWI
  • Communicate effectively with loaders and factory team
  • Optimise factory space by manoeuvring material safely
  • Follow safety, quality, and production standards at all times
  • Participate in toolbox talks and continuous improvement discussions
  • Report any process issues or improvement ideas to your manager
Requirements
  • Mechanically minded or good with your hands, this job might be for you
  • Experience in steel or heavy manufacturing environments
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Forklift Licence & NSW Drivers Licence 
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Full Australian working rights
