Internal Sales / Customer service

About the role

As an Internal Sales / Customer service at Laser Wizard Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth running of our operations. This full-time position is based in our St Marys, NSW office, offering an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company.

Key Responsibilities 

• Researching and identifying potential customers, building relationships and follow-up quotations.

• Handling inbound sales enquires, negotiating terms and closing deals.  

• Providing post sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Provide regular reports on sales activities, such as calls made, leads generated and deals closed.

• Assisting the team with administrative tasks, such as order processing, invoicing, and data entry.

• Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

• Maintaining awareness of customer credit standing and following company procedures regarding credit.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system

• Supporting the sales team with any other duties as required to achieve our business objectives.

• Meeting with senior leadership team to establish key development opportunities.

Required skills

• Proven experience in a sales support and administrative role, preferably within a sales or customer service environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers and internal stakeholders

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite

• A customer-centric approach and a commitment to providing high-quality service

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
