1. ASX Listed company looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join its thriving in-house team. Reporting to Head of Legal, the Senior Legal Counsel will provide expert legal advice and support on a wide range of commercial transactions, principally in connection with the Commercial & Industrial business. This will involve day to day B2B operational support across contracts, tenders and marketing support on the sales side. Energy, Resources or Infra exposure will be well received. Package c.245K plus a 15% discretionary bonus component.
2. In-House Banking Role. Suiting candidates with experience across any one of the following disciplines - structured finance, transaction banking, property finance, securitization, retail banking or financial services. Package of c 180-220K inc.
3. In-House Funds Lawyer role primarily providing legal advice to the business in relation to registered managed investment schemes operated by the business, as well as projects on the establishment of other funds. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to engage with directors, executives and staff across the entire organisation, providing commercial legal advice on projects, operations and regulatory matters. Approx. rem of c 180-220K inclusive
4. Listed Telecommunications company looking for Senior Legal Counsel to join its in-house team in Melbourne. This role will suit Lawyers with 5 to 8 years corporate and commercial experience, including across drafting and negotiating contracts, Corporations Act, corporate governance and M&A related matters. Reporting to the Managing Director, as Senior Legal Counsel, you will provide expert legal advice and support on a wide range of commercial matters. Salary packages starting from 200k and will be determined by candidate experience.
5. Thriving logistics business looking for a Group Legal Counsel (Senior In-house Counsel) to join in addition to the above role. This role is permanent. The Group Legal Counsel provides a full suite of legal services to the business entities including but not limited to the following: contract preparation and negotiations, tendering, leases and licences. Suit 5-8+ PQE Commercial, Procurment or IT Lawyers
6. GC role in the Vertical FMCG and Retail space. Privately owned billion dollar Australian Company. Private Office work as well. Register early for formal process beginning in July
7. In-House Employment Lawyer role. Our client is a leading global health and well-being company with a substantial footprint in Australia and a regional ANZ head office in Melbourne. There is now an opportunity for an Employment Lawyer to join the in-house team for a permanent role. Package of circa 160-200K inclusive of superannuation
