What youll do
- Forge our Global Compensation Philosophy & Strategy: Youll set the vision for how we compensate our people, aligning it with our values, business objectives, and global market realities. This isnt a "set and forget" - youll continually evolve our approach to stay ahead of the curve.
- Be the Master of Market Data & Insights: Youll own our approach to salary and market data, ensuring we have the right tools and insights to make informed, competitive pay decisions across all our global locations. Youll be the expert on what the market is doing, and how we measure up.
- Frameworks that Foster Growth: Youll develop and maintain salary structures, job architecture, and leveling frameworks to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness. Youll seek to enable rapid but responsible growth across diverse markets.
- Design & Deliver Awesome Compensation Packages: From individual new hires to executive roles, youll be instrumental in designing compelling and equitable compensation packages that make people say "Yes!" Youll consider base, variable, equity, and benefits to create a holistic offer.
- Commission Structures with Clarity: For our sales and revenue-generating teams, youll work closely with RevOps, our CFO and Global Head of Sales to provide input to the design, implementation and refinement of commission and incentive plans that drive performance, are easy to understand, and truly motivate.
- Guardianship of SafetyCulture Equity: Youll own the strategy of our equity programs, ensuring they are fair, transparent, and a powerful tool for long-term retention and shared success. Youll educate our team members on the value of their equity and how it grows with SafetyCulture.
- Champion the Annual Compensation Review: Youll design and lead our annual compensation review process from end-to-end - from strategy and communication to system configuration and execution. Youll make sure its fair, robust, and understood by everyone.
- Benefits That Matter: Youll oversee our global benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, valued by our people, and aligned with local regulations and best practices. Youll explore new and innovative ways to support our teams wellbeing.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Youll partner closely with the People team, leaders across the business, and our executive team, providing expert guidance, data-driven insights, and thoughtful recommendations on all things C&B.
- Operational Excellence: Youll ensure our C&B processes are efficient, accurate, compliant, and scale with our growth. Youll leverage technology and continuous improvement to make our operations seamless.
