We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Korn Ferry RPO team, supporting one of our clients - a reputable and trusted leader in the insurance industry.

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for customer-facing positions. Acting as the face of our recruitment solution, youll work closely with key stakeholders and hiring managers, identify and present top-tier talent, influence hiring decisions, and deliver strategic, value-added recruitment solutions.

About You

You are a seasoned recruitment professional with experience hiring for roles within the insurance or financial services sectors. You are customer-centric, delivering exceptional experiences to both candidates and clients, and you thrive on building strong relationships with hiring managers as a trusted partner.

Were looking for someone who can:

• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders and take a consultative approach
• Manage high-volume recruitment with support from the sourcing team
• Navigate ambiguity with resilience and adaptability
• Represent the clients brand with professionalism and deliver a superior candidate experience
• This is a hybrid role requiring two days per week in the clients office
