About the Role

At Wesley House, we aim to create a permanent home for our residents. Whether its through providing a warm meal, facilitating engaging activities, or ensuring their comfort and safety, your care will be central to their well-being and quality of life.

What your day will look like:

• Deliver responsive personal care tailored to residents individual needs and care plans.
• Collaborate with Registered and Enrolled Nurses to ensure high-quality care.
• Support residents with mobility, personal needs, and day-to-day tasks.
• Facilitate social engagement through leisure activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure care plans are followed.

What You Bring to the Role

Were looking for someone who:

• Has a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support.
• Holds a current NDIS Worker Check (essential).
• Has experience in providing personal care to .
• Can work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Demonstrates empathy, reliability, and a genuine passion for aged care.
