Tasks will include:

• Daily lodgements of FIDs covering multiple clients, industries and commodities
• Ensure Customs related operational workflow between departments
• Identifying clients Customs brokerage needs and delivering solutions that seek to add genuine value
• Working as a team with all colleagues to jointly pursue department and organisation growth targets
• Ensure tasks are completed with a high level of diligence, legislative and internal KPI compliance

• Be a licensed Customs broker holding DAFF NCCC and AEPCOMM accreditations
• Strong technical ability with a view to continually developing these skills

• Be motivated, positive, with the ability to work autonomously
