Groundi Coffee Lounge is located on the ground floor of the Myer Eastland Shopping Centre at . The café offers a variety of menu items in a welcoming atmosphere.

Role: Café All-Rounder at Groundi

A Café All-Rounder is a versatile team member responsible for various tasks to ensure smooth café operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Customer Service:• Greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

• Food and Beverage Preparation:• Assisting in preparing and serving food items, including making coffee and other beverages.

• Cash Handling:• Operating the cash register, processing payments, and managing transactions accurately.

• Cleaning and Maintenance:• Maintaining cleanliness in dining and service areas, including clearing tables and washing dishes.

• Stock Management:• Monitoring inventory levels, restocking supplies, and informing management of shortages.

• Team Collaboration:• Working closely with other staff members to ensure efficient service and a positive work environment.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Previous experience in hospitality is beneficial but not always necessary.

Pay: From $23.23 per hour
