Your Impact As a Growth Account Manager, youll drive regional growth by managing and expanding our portfolio of businesses. Your role spans nurturing existing accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and strategizing to boost revenue. Youll play a crucial part in introducing evolving Deliverect solutions to businesses, fostering long-term relationships, and ensuring customers business success. A Typical Day- Analyze account performance metrics meticulously to pinpoint potential growth avenues, focusing on cross-selling and up-selling Deliverect products tailored to client needs and objectives.
- Engage in collaborative sessions with internal teams, including Marketing and Sales, to devise and execute effective growth strategies aligned with the unique requirements of assigned clients, leveraging insights gleaned from market research and client interactions.
- Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with clients, positioning oneself as a reliable and knowledgeable advisor, and proactively identifying opportunities for them to optimize their use of Deliverects platform to drive business growth.
- Establish and foster enduring relationships with key client contacts, fostering an environment of trust, collaboration, and mutual benefit, ensuring a deep understanding of client objectives and challenges.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of customer usage data, delving into usage patterns and behaviors to identify areas where efficiency can be improved and where additional value can be unlocked through enhanced utilization of Deliverects platform.
- Utilize advanced data analytics tools to track and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs), offering actionable insights into client performance and trends, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- Develop insightful reports and presentations that succinctly demonstrate the tangible return on investment (ROI) delivered by Deliverects solutions, showcasing the impact on client operations, efficiency gains, and revenue growth.
- Lead negotiations for contract renewals, leveraging in-depth understanding of client needs and market dynamics to secure mutually beneficial agreements that drive client satisfaction and long-term partnership.
- Proven ability to develop and nurture strong relationships with existing customers, fostering trust and rapport.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and impactful communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
- A Deep understanding of the order management industry, including customer needs, challenges, and trends.
- Skilled at navigating internal stakeholders and acting as a strong advocate for customers needs and interests.
- Comprehensive understanding of Deliverects product portfolio and its value proposition, enabling effective solution selling.
- Ability to identify opportunities to introduce new products or features to existing customers, driving revenue growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling.
- Proficiency in utilizing customer data and analytics platforms to identify growth opportunities and trends, facilitating informed decision-making.
- In-depth knowledge of APIs, integrations, POS systems, and third-party delivery services relevant to the restaurant industry, coupled with the ability to understand and communicate technical aspects effectively.
- This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring 4 days in our Sydney office and 1 days working from home. Candidates must demonstrate impeccable English language skills, both written and verbal.
